If you have a bigger budget then the ideal choice would be the Oxva Xlim Pro or the Oxva Xlim SQ Pro, both have a screen to make changing the wattage to whatever suits easy, but the smart feature which gives the recommended wattage to vape at, making it a fuss free experience. Making this not only a practical gift, but also has a wow factor!

Both of the Oxva Pro kits use a top side fill system and also have adjustable airflow to further tailor the vape experience, and with the optional fire button activation they are also pocket friendly.
